Photos & graphics are supplied, not owned
LISA does not own the photos and graphics shown on this site. Here is exactly where they come from and what we do with them.
The short version
We are not the owners of the photos and graphics on this site. They are supplied to us by either the hotel, venue or organizer, or by a booking partner such as Expedia, and all rights stay with them. We display them for one reason: to help visitors recognise and choose a San Antonio business.
Where our imagery comes from
Supplied by the business
Hotels, venues, restaurants and attractions send us photos for their own listings, or publish a press folder we are invited to use. The business keeps every right to its own images.
Supplied by a booking partner
Some property imagery and graphics come through a booking partner such as Expedia, whose partner terms allow use on affiliated listings. Where a partner feed supplies an image, the credit line says so.
Supplied by an organizer
Flyers and posters on the Flyer Board are handed to us by the people running the event. They stay the property of the organization that made them.
Made by LISA
A few graphics are designed in-house — for example a labelled “Photo coming soon” panel used while a listing still needs a real photo. Those are ours; nothing else on the page is.
What that means for you
No ownership is claimed. A photo appearing on a LISA listing does not make it a LISA photo, and it does not mean the business has endorsed LISA or that LISA has endorsed the business beyond what a listing already says.
Names and marks belong to their owners. Hotel names, logos, venue marks, show titles and event artwork are the trademarks or copyright of the people who created them. We use them to identify the place or event being described.
Do not reuse our copies. Because the underlying images belong to someone else, downloading them off LISA and republishing them is not something we can licence for you. Ask the hotel, venue or organizer directly.
Rates and bookings are not ours. Room rates, availability and reservations come from the booking partner shown on the listing. LISA is a guide, not a travel agent, and cannot change a booking. Where a link may earn LISA a commission, the listing says so.
Credit, correction or removal
If you own an image on this site and the credit line is wrong, missing, or you would rather we did not show it, tell us and we will fix it or take it down — usually the same working day. We would far rather hear from you than have you find it later.
